食べログで検索してみて地元料理が充実しているような雰囲気で行ってみました。
お通しは少量ながら満足、ポテトサラダはチーズの風味が良く、だし巻き卵はおでん出汁が繊細なバランスでこの先が期待される。
しかしその後の焼き物やコスパ的にもちょっと不満ですかね。悪くはないけど料金とは釣り合ってない感じが強く、何となくテンション低下気味。全体的に画像よりボリュームがなく物足りなさを感じる。特に金華サバはどうなんでしょうか。パサつきが気になり身も少なくコスパは相当低めです。
それと牛タンは専門店とは程遠く、それでいて価格は専門店並み。地元料理を謳っているのに残念。焼き物は全体的に火を通しすぎかな？って感想でした。
焼き物以外についてはコスパを考えなければ味は悪くないし見栄えもいいし満足できるので、料理ではなく酒メインなら落ち着いた雰囲気もいいしお勧めできる店だと思います。
最後に他に席がかなり空いてるのに頻繁に食器下げに来て煽るような対応はやめてもらいたいです。ちょっと落ち着きません。
