肉系を主体に注文しました。
開店直後の入店ながらポテサラ売り切れと云われたので、野菜物を仕方なく枝豆にしましたが、暫くして「確認したらありました」と言われ追加オーダー
まぁ、ポテサラは何処行っても主力商品でしょうから、作ってないことは無いと思ってましたが‥‥‥
(デカいタッパーに仕込んでありました(笑))
あと、今日は外が格別蒸し暑かったせいか店内まで暑かった。厨房からも暑いとの声が聞こえてました。
ハンカチで拭いまくってる客の素振り見て気付いて欲しかったなぁ。言ったらエアコン調整してくれましたけど。
さて、いただいたのは、

生ビールやハイボールは一階のサーバーから注いでくれるから直ぐ提供してくれますが、日本酒は二階からエレベーターで降りてくるのでかなり待たされます。当然、瓶の紹介もありません。
(料理を待つのは当たり前と思ってますが、お酒待たされるのって苦痛(笑))
料理ですが、焼鳥と合鴨は火の通し過ぎなのか少々パサつきが気になりました。
名物の肉豆腐は味が濃すぎ、丼の具ならいいんでしょうが。
ポテサラは美味しかったです。
