宮城野区榴ヶ岡、宮城野通駅から少し東に進んだところにあるこちらのお店。
古民家風のおしゃれな雰囲気のお店で、仙台の名物などを楽しめる居酒屋。
ランチ営業もしているようなので、お邪魔してみました。
カウンター席に座り、伊達チキ定食 ¥1000 をオーダー。鶏の唐揚げ定食かな？と思って待つこと数分で配膳。
普通の唐揚げにしては細長いもの。早速食べてみると、食感が良く、強めの弾力を感じる。
なるほど。せせりの唐揚げですね。
ちょっと珍しいかも。
食感良く、結構ジューシーさもあり面白さはある。
ただ、普通の唐揚げの方が好みですね。
やっぱりせせりはシンプルに焼いて、ちょっと辛めの味付けで食べるのが美味い！
ご飯や味噌汁、浅漬けも悪くない感じ。
お値段は安くはないので、相応ですね。
