ご夫婦で営むオープンしてまだまもないこちらのお店。
大阪の有名店で長くお勤めになられたあと地元仙台でオープンされたそう。お願いしたのはオープンのご祝儀の意味合いも兼ねてデグスタシオンのコース(¥8800)。
バスク料理は素材の味が全面に出てくるので基本的に好み。
下手に弄ってない感じがジャンルとしてして好き。
ワインを楽しみながらという前提だからだと思うけど、心もちソルトフレーク強めの料理たち。
丁寧な仕事に支えられた東北の食材の個性を活かしたバスク料理は美味しいなぁとワインが進む。個人的に藁焼きの香りが強い料理が好きなので、とても堪能させて頂きました！
ワタリガニのアロスがとにかく美味しかった。
ご夫婦と少しだけお話しさせて頂いたけど、居心地の良い接客をされる方でとても好ましい。
同世代ってことも分かると応援したくなるなぁ。仙台でこの価格のコースは高い部類だけど、料理もさることながらワインのレベルも高くてその価値はあると思います。
これからを楽しみにしています。また来たいなー。
