I heard from a chef I frequent in Kamakura that there was a new restaurant serving authentic Spanish Cuisine in my hometown of Sendai, so my long-awaited visit came true. I heard that the chef who came to Osaka Ama.Rule opened this restaurant last year. Reservations can be made from the homepage, and the counter can be used by 3 people. As you enter the entrance, there is a spiral staircase that creates a hideaway atmosphere. The restaurant is fully booked, with a warm and stylish atmosphere made of wood. A la carte option: 3 appetizers, main, and rice. Start with roasted onions. A cold appetizer that brings out the natural sweetness of onions in a sauce with just the right amount of anchovies. Expectations are high for this deliciousness! The marinated sea bream has a gorgeous aroma created by various herbs. The salt cod omelet is a dish with fluffy eggs and the presence of bacalhau. Chilindoron is an irresistibly moving dish with the combination of melting lamb, sauce, and garnishes! Clay pot rice with clams is full of flavor. The octopus is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Wow, it's all so moving. We had a great time together with delicious Spanish drinks. No wonder it's fully booked. Also, I will visit you when I return home! Thank you for the meal!
