Within 10 minutes walk from the east exit of Sendai Station. I visited Bisigali, a restaurant that opened last summer on Motodera Koji, where you can enjoy dishes from the Basque region of Spain. It will be in the same row as Kanesa Fujiwaraya's wine house ``[a:4001717,Bouchon]'', which I often visit. Next door is the doggy bar "[a:4015239, Pug Pug]". I made a reservation and visited on a weekend night. It's on the second floor of the building, but I couldn't find the front entrance, so I almost ended up entering through the back emergency exit. This is quite embarrassing lol Since there were only two of us, we sat at the counter. I ordered white wine and beer, and the first thing I ordered was [b: "Homemade tuna and anchovy salad" and "Marinated fresh sardines"]. Both have straight flavors that make use of the texture of the ingredients without trying too hard. Sardines are easy to eat as they are not too sour and have less greasy taste. My wife switched to white wine, and I switched to dry sherry Fino. The main meat is [b: "braised lamb shoulder"]. It has a melt-in-your-mouth taste that retains its sheep-like character. With creamy potatoes. The rice dish is [b: "Squid ink clay pot rice"] ♪ The ingredients are mainly shellfish and several kinds of seafood. The taste of this rice was really great and I liked it. It's not too much of an exaggeration to say that I want to eat just one hot pot. Finished off with Basque cheesecake and espresso. It was a pleasant time to spend time in a space with a good atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.
