美味しいお店無いかな、と探していて見つけたお店です。
ネット予約出来るので便利で、日曜日ランチを予約して行きました。重厚な扉を開けると、螺旋階段が。ちょっとドキドキして登るのも良いカンジです。
ちなみにこの日は予約で満席でした。人気。
ランチコースは二種類で、2750円と4950円です。
今回は2750円のコースを。＋550円で食後の飲み物とデザートを付けれるのでお願いしました。
午後用事があったので、アルコールは我慢しました。
が、「タパスの盛り合わせ」が来た瞬間、あまりの素敵さに思わず「バスク産白ワイン」を注文。
7種も盛り合わせが美しく、しかもそれぞれが抜群に美味しい。手抜かり無しの完璧具合です。
海老はプリプリ、シイタケもシミシミ、タコもモリモリ、イワシは独特の味が際立ち、小さなお料理がそれぞれ完成形。スバラシイです。
そしてスープがあさりの旨味たっぷりです。美味しい。パンで最後の一滴までいただきます。
選べるメインは今回は「鶏のバスク風」。ホロホロのもも肉の絶妙なソースの煮込みです。
デザートのバスクチーズケーキも美味しく、大満足なコースです。
今度は複数人で来て、アロス（お米の料理）も食べたいです！
