卸町での用事ついでに丸源ラーメンでランチ
夏期限定の丸源冷麺と鉄板玉子チャーハンをいただきました。
まずは鉄板チャーハン、玉子が固まる前によく混ぜて、卓上のどろだれラー油をのっけて完成、ピリ辛で旨い。
丸源冷麺は盛岡冷麺より麺が細目、スタッフさんの説明どおり酢をちょっぴり廻して食べると、さっぱり感が増してとても良い。
