仙台駅周辺で人気のラーメン屋さんです。
土曜日の22時前に到着。
電車を一本遅らせて終電まで50分。
店内は待ちもなく余裕かと思っていましたが、なかなか注文を聞いてもらえません。
席は空いていましたが、私の後から来たお客さんは食券を買って待ち合い席で待つよう案内されていました。
口コミでも回転の悪さを指摘されている人が結構いますね。
カウンターに座って注文を聞いてもらえたのは15分後。
・塩とんこつ 中盛（1000円）
初めてなので好みは全部普通にしました。
ラーメンが到着したのはさらに15分後。
満席でないのに30分もかかるとは思ってもみなかったです。
仙石線のホームまでの時間をを考えると、お店にいられるのは7分程・・・。
まずはスープを一口・・・、ちょっと薄い気もしましたが、クリーミーで美味しいです。
麺は太麺でガシガシするタイプ。
個人的にはちょっと苦手な麺です。
特筆すべきはチャーシューです。
このチャーシューは増量したいと思いました。
なんとか７分で完食をして、小走りで駅へと向かいました。
総じて、非常にレベルの高い家系ラーメンで、高評価なのも納得です。
ただ、回転率が異常に悪い点、お店の外が強烈な豚骨臭がする点がマイナスとなってしまいます。
昼間は昼間で混んでいて並ぶと思うので、また食べたいお店ですが、すぐに再訪しようとは思えないちょっと特殊なお店です。
