仕事で宮城に行く事が多くなり、以前から家系ラーメンを調べておりました。
宮城に泊まることとなり、仙台で一番人気の家系のお店、横横家さんを訪問しました。
券売機にて大盛りチャーシュー麺1200円硬めでオーダー。
ライスは150円。
オペレーションは1人の店員さんでしたが、少し提供が遅く感じました。
7分くらいで着丼。
スープは思いのほかコクがあり、醤油感は程よくキリッとしたバランスの良いスープで期待値よりも美味しかったですが、個人的には動物系がもう少し強いとなあと感じます。
ライス別料金も致し方ないかなとは思いますが、都心でも武蔵家系のお店はライス無料の店舗も存在しますので色々な意味で頑張って欲しいです。
