家系ラーメンが食べたい！でも、意外とない！ってことで、こちらのお店に。
お昼すぎではありましたが、行列はなし。
食券(ラーメン＋キクラゲ)を購入してカウンターに。
硬めで！とお願いしたところ、こちらのお店では聞かれるまでステイするスタイルのようです。
ラーメンを茹でるローテーションがあるようで、自分のラーメンが茹でられる直前に聞かれます。
こう言う独自のルールに困惑するお店が多いのですが、こちらのお店は威圧的ではないので黙って従います（笑）
家系ラーメン、久しぶり♪
麺は硬めをお願いしましたが、なかなかいい。
かなり塩味が強いスープなので薄めでも良いかも。
脂は程よい感じでした。
キクラゲトッピングは＋100円ながらボリューム満点で歯ごたえもよくて満足感あります。
全体的にはとても美味しかったです。
最後にラーメン酢で味変もなかなか良かった。
