チャーシュー麺、ライス
12時40分ごろ訪問、並び4組（全員2名でしたので並び8名）
外待ち席に座って待つ。
10分ほどで入店し、食券購入。そのまま一気に案内された席に着席。
食券をカウンターに置いてしばらく待つ…が、店主さんが片付け、食器洗いをしていてしばらく待つ…まさかの１オペ…
10分ほど待ちお好み確認、いまだに鶏油不足とのこので硬め濃めでオーダー。
7、8杯ほど手際よく一気に作られ、一気に提供。
並びから30分ほどで到着。
スープは直系さながらの家系らしいしっかりした濃いスープ。
カエシの醤油が九州のもののような甘みが強いように感じた。
濃いめは醤油のキレよりも甘みしっかりな独特な味わい。
（他の人の口コミには書かれていないが、こう感じるのは自分だけ…？）
麺は製麺所不明だが、直系の酒井製麺によく似た家系らしい麺。
歯ごたえがありとても美味しかった。
チャーシューは増して4枚。
燻製香はなし、薄切りで柔らかいチャーシュー。
ほうれん草は柔らかくしっかり美味いほうれん草。
うずらが入ってるのも嬉しいですね。
卓上にはニンニク、七味、紅生姜。全て小袋。
ニンニク1袋はちょっと量が多め。市販のペースト状なので辛味が強いですがスープによく馴染み美味い。七味は入れてしばらく経って馴染んだ時がすごく美味い。
そして紅生姜。これがめっちゃ美味い。小袋だとあんま入れるの申し訳ないから数袋しかいけませんでしたが、牛丼屋みたいな方式だと大量に入れちゃうな。
七味や紅生姜は珍しいのでとても楽しかった。
サクッと食べて退店。
退店後も行列は途切れず、安定して10名ほど待ちがありました。
１オペでちょうど捌ける待ち時間なのかな、と思いましたが
ちょっと待ちが長いかもですね…時間に余裕がある時しか行けないかもです…
ただラーメンはしっかり直系を感じる美味しい家系でした。
