仙台へ引っ越してきてちょうど家の近所にあるので気になっていた。 嫁が家系は苦手なのでなかなか機会がなかったがようやく来れた。
まずは券売機で食券を。 今回はチャーシュー麺をチョイス。
濃い目かどうか、麺の固さ等を聞かれるが良くわからないのでとりあえず普通とお願いしてみた。
11時30分過ぎの入店で店内は7割位埋まっていた。 店員は男性が二人で元気が良い。
10分位待って運ばれてきた。
家系だけに麺は太め。 ほうれん草やウズラの卵はなくサラダっぽいものが乗っている。 チャーシュー麺を注文したがチャーシューはペラペラで４枚。 薄い方が食べやすくて良いがちょっとボリューム不足。
スープは思ったよりくどくないが塩気が強い。 ライスを頼めば良かった。
近所なのでこれからも行くと思うがさすがに並ぼうとは思わない。
