【2006年6月 青葉区木町通より移転】 |
泉区野村エリア、泉総合運動場のすぐ近くにあるこちらのお店。
長いこと仙台のラーメン店の中で高い人気を誇るこちらのお店。
休日には、いつも待ち客ができており、広めの駐車場もいっぱい。
ということで、休日のオープン10分前に訪問。すでに駐車場は8割ほど埋まっている。
駐車場に入ると、店員さんが誘導してくれ、タブレットで車のナンバーを撮影しつつ、順番を管理するシステム。
そのため、車で待っていれば、店員さんが呼びに来てくれる。
カウンター席に座り、肉ワンタンメン ¥1200 をオーダー。
混んでいることもあってか20分強で着丼。
チャーシュー、ワンタン、ネギ、メンマのトッピング。
早速スープからいただく。
想像以上にあっさりとしたスープ。
ちょっとコク弱め。塩味も控えめ。
チャーシューは、しっかりと味がはいっており、醤油の香り感じるもの。
ワンタンはツルンとした食感が美味しい。
麺は中太のモチモチ麺。しっかりとした弾力を感じられ、とても好きな麺。
とは言え、スープがちょっと弱いかなーー。
飽きの来ないスープとも言えるかもしれないけども。
もう少しパンチがあった方が好みかも。
