仙台に泊まったので朝イチでこちらへ訪問。

1992年創業となかなかの老舗でかなりの有名店です！

朝ラーメンは7時からやっていて基本的に店主のワンオペらしいです。、

朝ラーメンはメニュー3種のみで表題を選択しました♪

9時頃訪問の先客2名後客2名でした！

まずはラーメンの前に自家製豆腐が出てきますー珍しい。
何もつけずに食べてくださいとのことで食べてみると大豆の味が強めでうまー！

麺は自家製中太多加水麺で縮れててプリンプリンな麺でかなりうまい(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
この麺は卵不使用でこだわりの塩や食用シルク練り込んだものらしいですーかなり好みの麺でした！

スープは初動は醤油ベースで朝にピッタリなものでグビグビ飲んでしまうー出汁の旨みがスゲーそこに背脂の旨みと生姜が合わり凄まじい美味さでした。
生姜の量が多めで嬉しいです！

チャーシューは豚バラでトロっと柔らかくて良い豚を使用してそうです。
わかめは気仙沼の良質なかわかめで塩気も食感も良くて最高です＼(^o^)／
