泉中央駅の喜助さんで昼食です、お客さんは少なくて少し寂しい感じでした、メニューを渡され「お決まりになったら呼んでください」と言われましたが2分もしないうちに店員さんが注文を取りに来ました？
無視していたら「決まったら呼んでください」と言い残して去っていきました。
安いランチのハラミや薄切りの牛タンもありましたが せっかく来たので厚切りを注文しました。
タンは厚いのに切り込みが入っているので嚙み切りやすく美味しかったです、テーブルには七味やコショーも置いてあるので自分好みに食べることが出来ます。
暇なのに なんか店員さん忙しい感じがしたので牛タンは食べましたが御飯とスープを残して店を出る事にしました。
会計を済ませると入口には準備中の札がかかっていました、休憩時間が迫っていたのでこのような対応だったのですね。
牛タンは美味しかったけど接客は少々残念なお店でした。
最近は牛タン屋さんも気軽に食べてもらう為に薄いタンやハラミと組み合わせて提供していますが食べても満足感は無いので是非 牛タン屋さんでは厚切りを食べて見て下さい。
