あらあらかしこだったかな？
TV番組で見掛けた桃のパフェが美味しそうだったので
泉区にある仙台ロイヤルパークホテルへ。
外は真夏の日差しが厳しい灼熱の天気だったため、
駐車場がホテルの地下にあるのは凄く嬉しい。
シェフズ テラスはロビーの下の階にあって、
窓の外には広々とした中庭の緑が広がってます。
注文したのは、
チャーミングピーチパフェ 1,300円(税込)
Non-alcoholic Cocktailの
Meet in the Milkyway～天の川～
単品500円が、セット価格で300円(税込)に。
天の川はバタフライビーの青い色で登場。
これに赤色の苺と桃のシロップを合わせると、
紫色に変化しました。
シロップ投入したらかなり甘くなるのかな？
と心配でしたが、予想の１／３程度の、
かなり甘さを抑えたスッキリ美味しいカクテルでした。
チャーミングピーチパフェも登場。
桃が丸ごと乗っかってます。
福島県桑折町「献上桃の郷」の桃との事で、
熟し加減も申し分なく、
酸味は控えめ、まろやかな甘味の
美味しい桃を堪能できました。
桃の下には、桃のシャーベット、
白ワインのシャーベット、ナタデココなど、
いろいろと工夫を凝らした演出。
