老舗の佇まい、店の感じからしたらメニューの種類は意外と少ないし、丼などのセットものはなさそうで
1品料理がむしろ充実ですね
もりそば 600円をお願いします、手打ちの割には良心的価格だね
意外と多い、150gぐらいああるかな
頂上に目面しくのりがサラットかけられている
のりについては、意見厳しい人もいるようだが、乙さんは全然．．．
それを含めての盛り付けや味わいなんだからそのまま頂きましょうか
水切りはそれほどでもないのでやや絡まるかな
1.5ミリほどの並みうちでも太目、短い
かどはたっていないが、 噛んでは適度な固さと弾力が微妙にいい具合
すぱっと切れるせん断力ではないが、チギレる適度な粘りが、これもいい食感
色はやや灰色で、からがほんの少しばかり混じる
香りは仄かにやや古めいた感じかな
箸下10センチぐらいだが、不意に数本だけ長いのがあったりして手打ち感満載ってところか
つゆは辛めで、そば湯はさらっとしている
表現が悪いかもしれないが、何となくセンスがないっていうか、食べるためのそば
生活感が漂うそば、こういうのってけっこう好きだがね
