「約400年前、伊達正宗公が鷹狩をしていたのがこの辺り。
可愛がっていた鷹が急に死んでしまい手厚く葬った所の杉の木が亀杉」

富谷の亀杉そばさんにお邪魔しました。
こちらは国道4号線沿いのお店です。

店内は結構な広さです。

春夏、季節限定の「磯おろし」８３０円をお願いしました。
冷たい蕎麦の上に海藻がたっぷり。
中心部には大根おろしととびっこ？（魚卵）です。
美味しかったです。

蕎麦の太さもほぼ揃っていますが
微妙にずれがあって手打ちならではです。
きりっとしまっていました。

食後のそば湯はさらさらタイプでした。
