泉中央駅から歩いて１０分位でしょうか。
こぢんまりとした串焼き系居酒屋です。
店内は板張りのフロアに座卓、座布団。
キャパは３０人くらいでしょうか。まったり出来ます。
店名からも分かるように、お勧めは焼き鳥などの炭火串焼きです。
備長炭で焼きあげており、ジューシーで香ばしいです。
私的にはベーコン巻きがお勧めです。
ビール（中生）は１杯にとどめて日本酒へ・・・・が、いつものパターンです。
ここは、素晴らしい日本酒が置いてあります。
大人数で行くならぜひ、一升瓶で頼んで下さい。
今回は福井県のお酒、黒龍酒造の「しずく」を飲みました。
美味しいです。
青森県の「田酒」、山形県の「十四代」などご主人（大将）好みの酒が揃ってます。
