仕事上がりの1週間振りのお蕎麦です(´･ᴗ･`)やはり
蕎麦に置き換えないと体重落ちない……やはり今年の
テーマは「蕎麦」は必須です!!
帰宅路から少し逸れて鶴が丘にあるフレンチ融合した
蕎麦コースがウリのお店。高評価店だけあり、蕎麦粉、
お汁にかなり拘ってる感じがします(*´∀｀)
「コース？今の自分は蕎麦と向き合いたい!!」
お気付きの人いると思いますが、このお店で「そば活」
18枚目……一切「天ぷら」など余計なカロリー排除して
来ました(笑)もちろん、こちらも蕎麦とガチンコ勝負!!
●もりそば(鞍掛豆付)800円
5分ほどでお蕎麦……わ～、女子向けのお上品なお蕎麦!!
今の自分には、これが良いんです(´･ᴗ･`)枝豆？と思って
聞いたら「鞍掛豆」だって(笑)付け合せ嬉しいです。
それでは恒例、まずは蕎麦からそのままで、次にお汁に
軽くで食べますが、ま～お上品!!長野県産の抜き実に
つなぎに北海道産小麦の二八そば……まだ自分には理解
不可能ですが、店主最高の拘りなんでしょうね(*´∀｀)
「蕎麦美味しいけど、自分はお汁が美味しかった」
枕崎や宗田など本枯節で2週間掛けて手間暇かけたお汁
は、味が濃くて、こりゃ旨い!!説明書きには甘辛いと
あったけど、甘濃い感じで汁がとにかく良かった(´･ᴗ･`)
自分はどっぷり派!!足りずにお汁お代わりおねだり(笑)
最後の「蕎麦湯」が過去最強のドロリッチで濃厚派の
自分には最高の蕎麦湯。健康にも良さそうで良かった。
美味しかったです、ご馳走さまでした～♪
