泉中央駅からペデストリアンデッキを西に進んで、さらにすいせん通りを進むとあります。
店主さまはフランスの三ツ星レストランでシェフパティシエを務めたというお方。
2005年にオープンしたというので、来年で20年になります。
買ったのは、レトロフランボワーズ、ルモンテ、ガトーショコラ。
レトロフランボワーズは下の層がチョコレートスポンジで上の層がラズベリーのムースになっていて上にラズベリーがのっています。
ラズベリーとチョコレートの組み合わせは鉄板だね。
ルモンテも2層構造で、下の層がヘーゼルナッツのダクワーズでジャンデューヤをサンドしてあるもの。
ジャンデューヤにフイヤンティーヌが入っているので食感がサクサクしてとてもおもしろい。
上の層はキャラメルムースです。
ガトーショコラはちょっとモサ系。
これはもう少ししっとり濃厚でもよいかな。
