今年我が家は、何処にも出かけないGWです。朝から庭の草むしりをして、大汗かいたのでシャワー浴びて、サッパリしたところで、いざランチへ。
以前から気になっていた町中華のお店へ。プチ遠征して初めて伺いました。目当てはトマトラーメンです。愚妻は中華飯をオーダー、後でお互いにシェアしました。
さて、トマトラーメンが着丼。スープをひと啜り、なるほど、野菜の出汁が効いたタンメンにトマトの酸味が調和した感じのラーメンです。キャベツと白菜、青梗菜にセロリ、セロリの葉も入ってますね。動物系系具材は入ってません。魚介はイカと海老だけです。
非常にあっさりしながらも、野菜の旨みが前面に出た滋味溢れる一杯でした。一番人気だと言うのも頷けます。定期的に食べたくなるラーメンだと思いました。
