とある飲み会の後の〆ラーで初訪問。
泉中央駅界隈のお酒が頂けるお店に対するラーメン店の少ないこと…
実に残念です(>_<)
安定感のあるこちらのお店を頼りに、それなりに歩いて入店すると、午前０時を回るにも関わらず、かなりの客。
店内の照明がかなり明るいですね(^^;
6人での訪問に対しテーブルレイアウトを変更し対応して頂き感謝ですm(__)m
さて、とある大好物なラーメンが期間限定？で販売中とのこと。
迷わずにオーダーし、待ち時間にグラスビールで喉を潤します。
【煮干ラーメン(こってり)】561円(税込)
・スープ:豚骨メインな動物系に煮干。
・麺:多加水と低加水の中間な中太縮れ。
・具:ロース？チャーシュー、メンマ、ナルト、刻み長ネギ。
あっさりとこってりから選べるこちらのメニュー、背脂が入るか否かの差。
スープを啜ると、バランスなんかは絶妙で、ちゃんとコクがあって飽きのこない味は見事に万人ウケすることが伺えますし、セットメニューのCPも素晴らしいので家族ウケも納得します。
やはりきっちりと材料やレシピが管理されてるFC店を実感しました。
