“Man Pork Sichuan Dandan Noodles” “Pork Belly Green Vegetable Fried Rice”
In China, "pigs" are a symbol of wealth and leisure, and the restaurant's name refers to the fact that there will be an abundance of pigs, a symbol of happiness. The restaurant has a reputation for se |
On April 21, I went to "Wan Tsu Chi" in Izumi Park Town Tapio. In China, pigs are considered a symbol of wealth and happiness, so it was named "Wan Tsu Chi" to mean that there will be many auspicious pigs. There are surprisingly many restaurants with "pig" in the name. There is a Ramen shop called "Buta Yaro", and there used to be a restaurant called "Buta Douraku" on the 9th floor of Sendai Parco. The menu is rich and generally has a large volume. I ordered the dandan noodle set from the great value set menu. You can choose from three types of dandan noodles: black, white, and red, so I chose "red". By the way, it seems that the name is pronounced "kurenai" rather than "aka" or "beni". It's kind of nice. I remembered Toshl shouting "Kurenai daaaaah!!" just before the change in "red". This set also comes with half fried rice, yulin chicken, and mini almond tofu. The noodles are quite chewy and thick. They are unusual for dandan noodles. The ingredients are rich in minced meat and green onions, and the white sesame seeds enhance the flavor. I chose the "red" version, so the soup is bright red. I think it contains various spices such as chili oil, doubanjiang, and chili peppers. It was quite spicy, but it was a standard-feeling dandan noodles. The half-fried rice was surprisingly light. The yakitori was also delicious. It was quite filling and I was full. This restaurant recommends the "pork belly and green vegetable fried rice," which is full of ingredients and has the sweet and savory flavor of oyster sauce mixed into the rice, so I would like to try that next time. Thank you for the meal.
