仙台に旅行に来た際に日曜昼の12時前に訪問。
10組程度前に並んでいて約30分程度待って店内に案内されました。
普段はそこまで沢山食べない自分でも牛タン美味しさで食べられそうな気がしたので、上牛タン壺飯1.5人前を注文。
プラス卓についてから気になった牛タンソーセージも追加。
美味しい食べ方マニュアルを参考に壺に入った牛タンをハサミで切り、ご飯底のネギだれを混ぜながら食べます。
店主が肉の部位を厳選しているだけあってとても柔らかく、程よい塩味もありとても美味しい。
何より噛む度に肉の旨味が溢れてきて幸せな気持ちになりました。
あっという間に完食出来て、1.5人前にして良かったと思います。
ソーセージに関しては食べた感じ牛タンかどうか分からないのですが、肉汁が凝縮されていて旨味たっぷりでした。
仙台に来たら必ず食べたいと思うような感動があり、またぜひ伺いたいです。
