いつも食べてる牛タン以外のお店を探せよ！
と、言う事で牛屋たん兵衛がヒット。
昼夜並んで待つのは当たり前みたいだったが、コストコ行って20時半に到着した際は運良く席が空いていてすぐ入店。
焼き場から人柄の良い店主に笑顔で迎えられ気分は上々。
店員さんにおすすめ聞いたら、名物の壺タンと言う事で牛タン壺めし1.5人前ライス大盛り、牛タン定食1.5人前ライス大盛り、豚丼、牛タンタタキ、牛タン煮込みを注文。
牛タン壺めしは壺にご飯が入っていてその上にネギダレ、牛タンがのって牛タンをハサミでカットして混ぜて食べるみたあだったがシンプルに牛タンとネギ飯で食べ最後に混ぜて食べた。
個人的にはネギダレが牛タンの邪魔になってる感じで好みが分かれるところ。
牛タン定食の牛タンも壺めしと同じで綺麗な牛タンと表現した方がいいかも。
意外だったのが豚丼！
予想外に美味く牛タン指令官もびっくりの1番人気でした！
牛タンタタキは閣の方が上。
煮込み牛タンはアテにはいいかも。
並ぶのは必須の店でした！
