将監の静かな住宅街に
ある一軒家カフェです。

予約なしでお伺いして､２回振られましたが､
この日は３度目の正直！予約しての訪問です。
お店の中にはイングリッシュガーデンが。
手を少し加えてるけど､｢自然な｣感じを生かした
素敵なお庭でした。
頂いたのは｢シェフ'ｓプレート(1,650円)｣
飲み物･デザート付のランチです。
まず前菜２種。
チーズとパクチーのケークサレ。
意外な組み合わせだけど､仄かなパクチーの香りが◎
かぼちゃの温かいポタージュは
温かい前菜。こういうのって食欲ない時でも
食欲出させてくれますよね。
シェフ'Sプレートのメインは奥州いわいどりと季節野菜のグリル。
お皿右が有機野菜サラダ､真ん中がビーツのマヨネーズサラダ、
お皿奥はトマトのミントシャーベット。五穀米がつきます。
蒸し暑い日だったので、
ミントシャーベットの酸味が
とても心地よかったです。
いわい鶏のグリル。
パリっと香ばしくグリルされてます。
肉汁と身の旨味(甘み)が強く美味しい鶏でした。
野菜もたっぷり。男性でも満足できると思います。
お待ちかねのデザート。
数種類の中から選んだのは｢桃のタルト｣
ほろっとしたパート･シュクレ(タルト生地）に
たっぷりの桃＆生クリーム。甘すぎず、
かつ生地と桃の奥深い甘味がとっても素敵でした。
紅茶はロンネフェルト。
東北で有数の品揃えを誇るティーブティックなのです。
頂いたのは｢ダージリン｣ヌルボン茶園のもの。
若々しくフレッシュな香り。最近珈琲だけでなく、
紅茶も好きになってきました。
今度はゆったりお茶したいな。
