こちらは友人と来訪しました。
口コミは初めてですが、何度か利用させていただいております。
店内は、自然光が入る明るい空間で、お庭も含め、英国風のエスプリに溢れた素敵なレストランです。
ランチで、シェフズ・プレートを頂きました。私が選んだのはお魚で、この日は鱒でした。トマトソースが掛っています。
おいものポタージュとケークサレ。
ほっこりとした優しい味わいです。
サラダには、お手製のラズベリーのドレッシング。酸味がキツくなく、爽やかな風味です。
エリンギやレンコンなど、野菜のグリル。
岩塩でいただくお野菜は、素材の味が活きてて美味しいです。
ピクルスも自家製。
甘みと酸味のバランスがよいです。
ネギのグラタン。
クリーミーで、ご飯にも合います。
ご飯は黒米に岩塩が少しだけかかっていて、ご飯の味が豊か。
おかわりしたいくらいでした。
デザートは5〜6種類くらいから好きなものが選べます。
私は、リンゴのとナッツのタルトにしました。カラメリゼされたナッツとリンゴの風味が美味しい。
紅茶は、何十種類もの中から好きなものを選ばせて下さいます。
選ぶ楽しみがあって、素敵なサービスです。
贅沢な休日となりました。
ご近所にある系列店で、お菓子と雑貨のお店もとても素敵です。
