江戸前寿司だけではなく、仙台では珍しいバッテラ寿司を出します。 他に、季節の一品料理も出してます。 |
旭ヶ丘で昼飯。昔からやっているお寿司屋さんにランチの看板が出ているのを見つけたのでＢＭしてました。店はこじんまりとしており、カウンター席と小上がりが2卓ほど。親方夫婦と息子さんらしき方で営まれているご様子。休市日だということもあり、海苔巻きと強風うどんがセットになった「Ｂランチ」（756円）を注文します。5分ほどで、小鉢、海苔巻、お新香が出てきました。うどんは結構待たされ17分ほどかかり着丼。小鉢は切り昆布と糸コンの和え物、巻きものは干瓢、しば漬け、かっぱの3種＋稲荷1個。酢は強くなく干瓢や稲荷も甘さがあっさりして普通に旨いですね。出来立ての海苔巻きは海苔の香りとパリパリの食感が楽しいです。京風うどんはコシない細うどんに昆布だしの塩気の薄いスープ。これはもう少し塩気を効かせるかアラ汁とかみそ汁の方が好みです。食後に良いタイミングでデザートとコーヒーが出てきました。デザートは猪口サイズの抹茶ムースに白玉がのっかっておおり、甘さ控えめであっさりしています。全体として特に光るものはありませんが、ランチとしてはコーヒー、デザートまで付くのでコスパは良いと思います。
