福が来るすし屋。
江戸前寿司だけではなく、仙台では珍しいバッテラ寿司を出します。 他に、季節の一品料理も出してます。 |
旭ヶ丘通りのバス通りから、西に少し入ったところにある寿司屋さん。
初めて食べた（出前）のは、1990年頃だったと思う。もう30年ほどになるかぁ？（笑）
当時は親方の似顔絵シリーズが流行った時代で、親方さんのふっくらとした似顔絵を
トレードマークにされていたことを思い出す（笑）
こちらは以前より仙台では珍しく関西の「バッテラ」を扱っている。
また、寿司に関してもちょっと高級なお値段というか？質高いお店。
今日は「酸っぱいもんを食べたい！（妊娠したのか?トム♂）」という要望があり、
鯖バッテラを持ち帰ることにした。
お店は入って右手にカウンター席で、落ち着いた空間。
80歳前後の親方です。
さて「鯖のバッテラ」ですが包装を開けると、ぷ～ん♪と鯖と昆布、酢の香りが襲って
参ります。食欲そそる香りですね～
鯖の厚みはさほどなく、もうちょい厚みあるといいなぁ？
食べてみると昆布のダシの味が凄い。
酸味はちょっときつめで、もう少しやわらかいともっといいな？
居酒屋「杜都」のバッテラよりも、酢がキツイかな？
ですが、パンチあるバッテラだと思います。
お値段も756円（税込）なんで、気軽に食せます。
