昼夜各二組、個室完全予約制の寿司屋。
あらかじめ電話にて予約。
初めての利用だったのでコースを確認すると、ランチは3,500円と7,000円のお寿司のコースがあり、そこに料理をいくつかつけることも可能とのこと。
7,000円のコースを予約し、当日住宅地の中を少々迷いながらお店へ到着。
案内された座敷には縁側があり、そこで大将がお寿司を握ってくれた。
いろいろ大将とお話ししながら最初に提供されたのは
鮪、赤貝。
赤貝は閖上のもの。
車海老、しめ鯖。
大トロ、北寄貝。
真鯛、雲丹。
眼撥鮪、鯵。
イクラ、鮑、かんぴょう巻き。
この他、香の物、お吸物、水菓子として洋梨。
こんなにお寿司で感動したのは初めて!
というくらいに感動させてもらった。
特に赤貝の身が厚くて感動。
車海老、しめ鯖もたまらなかったなあ…。
車海老の頭はあとから揚げて出してくれて、これだけで一杯飲めそうな美味しさ。
かんぴょう巻きは、ANAの機内誌に取り上げられたこともある一品らしく、こんな上品なかんぴょう巻きが他にあるだろうかと舌鼓。
