仙台ミシュラン巡り第1弾はずっと行ってみたかった八乙女の陸女鮨さんに。
コロナ禍のおかげ？笑で2名でしたがすんなり予約が取れました。
普段はほとんど接待利用の企業の予約で埋まっているそうですが、今は個人の方が来てくれるから、さほど変わらないそうです。
まずは住宅街のど真ん中にある一軒家という雰囲気と、囲炉裏や仙台箪笥が置かれてる上品なお座敷を貸し切っているという、なんとも贅沢な気分に浸れるのが良いですね。
お料理のお味は言わずもがな。
親方の熟練のお寿司と、柔らかなトークで贅沢な時間を堪能出来ました！
握りの技術云々、熟成云々、
そういう事よりも親方を貸し切ってる空間に価値があるという感じですね
