見た目にもかわいい真っ白なケーキ。
プラスチックの入れ物に入っています。
下にスポンジ、チーズ風味のクリーム、その上に生クリームがのっていて
ホワイトチョコと苺がアクセント。
クリーム系が多いので、もったり？と思いきや口飽きしません！
なんだろう・・と思い気をつけて見てみると、、
スポンジとチーズクリームの間に洋梨？リンゴ？とオレンジの皮？を煮たものが。。
チーズクリームもチーズ分がしつこくなく、柔らかい口当たり。
食感も味も全体バランスが◎でした。

土台にタルトが使用されていて安定感がバッチリ！
生クリームが絞られ、真ん中に栗が丸々一個入っているんです♪

その上に洋酒が入ったクリームが絞ってあり、全体をマロンペーストで覆っています。
帯状に絞られ、綺麗に覆われたこの姿も新鮮でした☆
タルトの食感もサクサク、コーヒーといただきましたが相性◎でしたよ（＾＾）
