マッフェンさんは、宮城県内に数店舗展開する
地元のケーキ屋さん。
本店は、明石台店です。
価格もお手頃なので気軽に利用しやすいお店ですね。
この日の購入品は酒ケーキ、3種類1セットのものを。
宮城の日本酒を使用したパウンドケーキとの事。
内容は『乾坤一』、『浦霞』、『日高見』。
パウンドケーキは、どれも洋酒のパウンドケーキを
思わせるようなシットリ具合。
でも重くなく、あくまでも軽やかな食感。
スフレチーズケーキの食感に近いでしょうか。
『乾坤一』と『浦霞』は、弱め、『日高見』は強めの
日本酒の香を感じました。
生地の食感、とても好きなんですけどね～。
個人的には、材料をもう少し引き算してほしいかな・・・。
充分シンプルなパウンドケーキなのですが、
それでも何かを足しすぎているような印象を受けました。
ごちそうさまでした。
