泉中央で昼飯。イズミティ近くの「太龍」さんに行ってみたら、店を閉めちゃったみたいなので、以前ランチをいただいたことがあるコチラに。
下駄箱に履物を入れて入店。和風居酒屋の雰囲気でおじいさんにカウンター席に案内されます。お店の前に「山形そば」の幟があったのを思い出し、注文は「山形冷やし肉そば」（680円）。カウンターの中には店員が2人と、取引先？の方。調理をしながら目の前で、店員がその方に文句を長々と…。お客の目の前でやることじゃないな～。これはあんまり気分が良くないです。
7分ほどで出来上がり…あら～？「冷し肉そば」っていうより「冷やしたぬき」のような天かすたっぷりのビジュアル…(^_^;) カマボコ、蒸し鶏、かまぼこ、カイワレ、葱。スープはやはり「冷したぬき」並に少ない。そばもスープも冷えてなくて、ずいぶん自分の食べたい肉そばとは違ってました。食べていると、そば湯が入った容器が目の前に置かれて…。う～ん、普通湯のみでも出してくれると思うんだけど、この皿でどうやってそば湯を飲むの？ (-_-;) とりあえずやってみたけど、シャツにタレそうなので断念。。。。早々に撤退。
