仙台の泉に出来た、徳島ラーメンのお店に行って来ました。徳島ラーメン、おかずラーメンという、濃いめの味付けで有名なラーメンですね。大きな幹線道路に面してお店があるので、見つけるのは簡単でしたね。
大きめの駐車場に車を止めて、店内に入ります。先客は二人、券売機で肉増しラーメンの食券を購入してカウンター席に座ります。
食券渡してしばらくするとラーメンが到着、見た目から濃厚そうなスープと無料の生卵です。とりあえず生卵をラーメンにinして、ラーメンを完成させます。
あとは無料の辛もやしをトッピングして、まずはスープから、濃厚でご飯に掛けたくなる豚骨醤油は昔、徳島で食べたそのままの味、うん旨い！
麺は中細のストレート麺に近い麺は程よい硬さ、麺の食感も良いですが、スープに負けない味の濃さも良いですね。
後は甘く煮込まれた豚バラのが旨い、これだけでもご飯が食べれますね。後のトッピングはメンマとネギ、この辺もたっぷりと入ってるのが良いですね。
とにかく、ご飯が食べたくなる味付けでした。二軒目が無ければライスを行っちゃうか、替え玉だったんですけどね（笑）
