宮城県仙台市 うまいものやきぼこ 『しょう油ラーメン』休日なのに所用のため朝っぱらから会社へ。

午前中で無事（？）用事を済ませ、帰りがてらラーメンを食べてく。
疲れてちょっとでも自宅への帰り道と違う方向へ進むことを体が拒むので、
帰り道の『うまいものやきぼこ』による。
前回は混んでてフラレたが、今回は中途半端な時間のためすいてました。
メニューの肉みそ系ラーメンがビジュアル的においしそうだったが、
今回はノーマルな『しょう油ラーメン¥５３０』を注文する。
スープは、鶏ガラの旨味、風味のきいた濃口醤油のスープ。
見た目ほど、しょっぱくなく脂も控えめでほどよい。
麺は、中くらいの太さに弱くちぢれの入った麺がほどよくゆでられてます。
あまり個性がないのは寂しいんですが、このスープにはよくマッチしてます。
具には、チャーシュー、メンマ、海苔、ネギがのる。
大きめのチャーシューが、なかなか私好みで、味付け、脂とも控えめで
いくらでも食べられそうな感じ。
夜には、居酒屋にかわり、そちらの評判もなかなかなので、
今度は飲みで行ってみたいお店です。
