現時点で仙台牛タントップ3に余裕で入ってしまう。
これが牛タンなのかと。
牛タンらしい噛みごたえは残しつつも、口の中でとろけていく。
矛盾するようだが、そうだった...
仙台に行くなら、絶対に寄りたいお店。
先日仙台を通ったけれども、若の営業時間過ぎていて、牛タンの一仙で食べたら、やっぱり若に行きたかったなぁと感じる程。
カウンター席から牛タンを焼いているところが...
