泉のアウトレットへ行く前にお昼ご飯にと伺ったのがこちらのお店。
ブレアシリーズはブレアハウス、ブレアマリーナに続き最後に訪れたブレアガーデン。
基本的にメニュー構成は似ていますが、パスタやピッツァは伺うたびに違うので被りません。
今回も『２人でイタリアンランチ 2,800円(税込)』のセットをお願いしました。
○前菜風サラダ
サラダの他に鴨やテリーヌもあり結構ボリューム。
○本日のパスタ
モッツァレラチーズとトマトの冷製パスタ(＋100円)を選択。
酸味のあるさらりとしたソースにモッツァレラとトマトが合いますね。
この暑い時期の冷製パスタはほんとに美味しい。
○本日のピッツァ
サーモンとズッキーニ(アンチョビソース)を選択。
薄めのパリッとした生地が良いですね。
軽めでいくらでも食べられそう。
○自家製ケーキ
たくさんの種類から好きなものを選びます。
わたしが選んだのはピスタチオのムース、妻はカシスとショコラのムース。
カシスとショコラの組み合わせは間違いないと妻は申しておりました。
暑いと重いケーキよりあっさりとしたムースが美味しいですよね。
今回食べたこのコースも含め、どのコースもコスパ高めです。
窓から見える緑も素敵ですね。
わたし達が帰る頃には、たくさんあった席が埋まっていて入口には待っている人で溢れておりました。
今回は念のため予約して伺いましたが正解だったようです。
味、サービス、雰囲気、コスパともに満足度の高いお店でした。
泉方面へ来る際はまた伺いたいと思います。
