桃の冷製パスタ
山の中腹にある泉区桂にある
BLAIR GARDENにやって来ました。
インスタで見掛けた、
桃がたっぷり乗った冷製パスタが目当てです。
スタバや、シベールの杜とか、
他にも色々とお店が併設されていて、
その分、駐車場も広くて安心。
ブレアガーデンは結構大きな建物で、
100席くらいキャパがあるようです。
にもかかわらず、
入店待ちも出来ているほどの盛況振りでした。
季節限定メニューに目当ての
桃のパスタがありました！
他にも桃のピザ、桃パフェなんかも。
桃パフェにも惹かれるものがありましたが、
パスタにもたっぷり桃が乗ってるはずなので今回は自重。
桃とモッツアレラチーズの冷製パスタ 1,400円（税込）
サラダ＋ドリンクのセット 300円を注文。
サラダとドリンクはすぐ供されましたが、
パスタはなかなか出てきません。。。
30分ちょっと待ったかな？ようやく登場。
たっぷり！
パスタが隠れて見えないくらい、
桃で覆いつくされてます！
桃は滑らかな食感で、鮮度も瑞々しさもあり、
甘みもしっかり、ほのかな酸味もあり、
とても美味しい桃です。
そして、パスタもとても美味しい！
細麺で、つるんとした食感、弾力もあり、
美味しい中華麺みたいな味わい。
ソースは酸味があって、まろやかなコクもあり、
冷やし中華のマヨネーズだれのような味わいで
後引く美味しさ。
このソースと甘い桃が不思議なマリアージュ。

今年も期間限定の桃の冷製パスタの季節がやって来ました！
桃とモッツアレラチーズの冷製パスタ 1,400円（税込）
サラダ＋ドリンクのセット 300円（税込）
相変わらず新鮮な生の桃がたっぷり！
モッツァレラチーズも多めに埋め込まれているし、
リッチ感が満載（＾＾）
酸味のあるソースによって、
マヨ系スープの冷やし中華のような味わい。
去年との違いは頂上にレモンスライスが乗っていて、
これがちょっと甘く煮詰めてあって、
甘酸っぱいアクセントに。
パスタは細めで、大盛りにした訳でもないのに
大盛りレベルのボリュームなのが嬉しい。
