オーソドックスな「田舎そば」をしっくり味わってみたぉ！の巻
普段なかなか通ることが少ない八乙女の旧道・・・この場所には以前「ラーメン店」
が営業しておりレビューいたしました。
その同じ場所に十割そばさんが新しくオープンされたので、伺ってみましたん。
店内は以前のラーメン店さんの佇まいを少し残し、テーブル席、小上がり席にセパ
レート。
蕎麦屋なだけにランチタイムでも、ご年配の方々が目立ちそこそこ混雑。
少し食欲がなかったせいもあり10割そばの「田舎そば」をオーダー。
田舎そばというイメージから、少し太くて濃い色あいと思っていたのですが、なになに
全然イメージと・・・違った！(笑)。
ご覧の通り、ちょっと更科っぽい色あいにどちらかといえば細めのそば。
重量感よりも軽量感(笑)。
めんつゆはごく普通かしらん？ 可もなく不可もないオーソドックスな味。
うまみ＆コク＆深さといった言葉には縁がないかな～？
久々に「う～ん！！？？」（心の中でマンダム！爆笑！）(+o+)。
後を引くような個人的な感想もなく・・・これが田舎そばではなく、ざるだったら割り切れた
感想かもしれません。

泉区八乙女の旧道沿いにある、そば屋さん。
2013年に伺ったきりで、９年ぶりだって(笑)
そりゃなんかあったわなぁ？
正月３が日は、大箱店しか営業されていない
ので、お昼に伺うも５組待ちの状態。
寒いので車内待機。
●カツ丼＆ミニそばセット
●牡蠣そば＆天ぷらセット
以上をオーダー。
先ずはカツ丼。 かなり厚めだが衣の仕業。
味付けがちょっと濃いめで、つゆだく。
しかしご飯が少し緩いので、米粒が食べにくい。
やっぱりカツ丼つゆが強く塩分も自分には多め
に感ずるので、ちょっとキツイかも？
カツ丼食べている間には、もりそばが固まって
しまってつゆの器に運べない(笑)
こりゃ困った！ 指でちぎって入れたわさ(笑)
こちらもつゆがしょっぱいな～
なんでこんなにカエシが強いのか？
やはり自分には相性よくないかぁ・・・
牡蠣そばは食べておりません。
牡蠣のうま味やエキスは感じられたとのこと。
でもこのセットで1200円弱。
コスパ＆味ではいかがなものか？
まぁいいさね。
ホールの女性スタッフの気配りはOK！
