初訪
前回はお休み、その前は混み具合が半端じゃなかった
ので諦めていました。
本日は少し早めの行動が出来たので来ました。
お店の外で並んでいるといりこの香りが店内から…
およそ15分ほどで店内へ、そこから10分程で着席
20〜30分待てば食べられるw
麺は太麺で縮れ、食感はわしわしした感じ。
コシは強い方では無いが旨い麺
スープはやはり魚介の、特にいりこの風味を感じます。
いりこ特有のえぐみやスープに残ってざらざらのような
事は無く、とても丁寧なお仕事をされてますね。
見た目ほどの濃厚さも無く旨味たっぷり。
チャーシューも、とろとろで美味しかったです。
