2012年17杯目。
住んでいる町も、最寄りの店舗も変わりましたが、10年以上前、店名が「会津っぽ」だった頃から、「幸楽苑」のラーメンを食べ続けています。
基本的なメニューは食べ飽きた感もあって、最近は、期間限定メニューを食べることが多くなりました。
この日、免許センター前店で食べたのは、期間限定メニューの「コチジャン味噌辛しらーめん」のギョーザセット（¥819、麺大盛¥105）。
辛味噌ラーメンを出す店は結構ありますが、コチジャンをベースにしたラーメンは他に思いつきません。
コチジャンは甘味の強い調味料なので、甘味の強い仕上がり。
辛さもしっかりあり、調味料に合わせて白菜キムチがトッピング。
「幸楽苑」らしく、うまくまとまっています。
麺は、軽く縮れた平打ちの太麺はツヤのあるタイプ。
「幸楽苑」の場合、スープに比べて麺が弱く、その分、満足度が低くなりがちですが、それを補ってあまりある低価格。
コストパフォーマンスで「幸楽苑」を上回る店はそうそうお目にかかれません。
