平日に休みをとり、ランチで訪問。
一応11:30のオープンで予約をしました。12時ごろからは席が埋まり始めました。
ランチセットで、
デミグラスソース+タルタルソース添え
をチョイス。
セットのサラダ、スープでお腹を整えた後にメインを実食。
スプーンで切るスタイルだそう。柔らかくすぐに切れます。で、ジュワーっと肉汁が溢れ出す。
肉だけでジューシーなのに、タルタルとデミグラスソースにより、口の中はカロリー祭り。ソースがめっちゃ美味しくて、飲めてしまう。
マッシュポテトをデミグラスに絡めて食べるのも美味、ドロリッチ。
郊外ですが、これはお勧めできます。
