【2016年4月訪問】
評判が高いので，以前より気になっていたパン屋さんです．

たまたま近くにある行くことがあり，初訪問しました．
住宅地でひっそりと営業しており
ナビを利用してうかがいましたが少し迷いました．

住宅の一部を改築して開店したような外観で
階段を登って入店するスタイルでした．
店内は狭く，対面販売のスタイルで，ショーケースの中のパンはそれほど種類がありませんでした．

見た目で食指が動かされるパンはあまりなかったですが，
ベーグルなどいくつか購入してきました．

自然志向で天然酵母にこだわりがある方々には
大変魅力的なパンなのだど思いますが，
こういう方向性のパン屋さんは増えてきていますし，
ただ個人的な好みの美味しいパンを食べたい私には
わざわざ車を飛ばしていくパン屋さんではないのかなと思いました．

2018年6月改装・リニューアルオープンしました。

店舗での販売のほか、通販（通ぱん）、泉区中心の配達もされています。イベント出店も休日を中心にあります。
