まるまつの総本山に行くという宿題を思い出し、こちらに。
席に案内されるまで20分、席は空いている模様。
オーダーはかき揚げ天ざるそば。
そこから45分。ようやく配膳。
確認します。頼んだのはかき揚げ天ざるそば。
来たのは、帆立の貝柱のコロコロ揚げ。こちらの店はこういうスタイルなのだろうとメニューの写真を確認したが、ちゃんとしたかき揚げの姿が。
おそらく、何かが足りないはず。厨房の中の誰かとか。天麩羅職人がお休みとか。このご時世、こういうことはある。
じゃなきゃ、こんなにゆっくり時間が流れることも、コロコロ揚げになることもないはず。
手打ちのそばはそれなりに美味しい。
こういう時は早く帰ってしまおうと、ササっと食べ終え、そば湯をお願いする。
それから20分。後からそばが提供された隣のテーブルに行く始末。
まあ、そうこともあるか。致し方なし。
ウチの近所のまるまつは店員さんのサービスカンペキなんだけどな。彼らに教えてもらえばよいのにな^ ^
店も綺麗なのに残念でした。
また、来てみます。こんなはずじゃないはずだ^ ^
