Today was yoga day in the morning, so I went to a nearby Santa for the first time♬ This heat has awakened me to curry, and I'm slowly starting to make curry...lol I ordered Chicken Makani for a weekday lunch. Makani means butter, and butter chicken is more familiar♬ This time, I asked for it to be at maximum spiciness again lol It was empty, so it was served shortly after I ordered (ﾟдﾟ)! It was a luxurious lunch with salad, achar (Indian pickles), extra large naan, curry, and a drink...(>ω<) But it was the same price as Ramen. Oh, I love Ramen in the first place, so I'm not dissing it, so please don't take it the wrong way^^; I'm starting to get a bit addicted to authentic curry restaurants. The salad was crunchy and you could choose lassi as a drink. Actually, when I make cottage cheese with milk, I also make lassi at the same time. The solidified form that is formed when it is separated with vinegar or lemon juice is cottage cheese, and the liquid that comes out after straining is whey or milk. Add a little oligosaccharide or milk to this and you have a simple lassi. Sorry for the long explanation ^^; Lassi is full of good things and regulates the intestines, and although drinking too much sweet stuff is not good, the balance of spicy curry, pickles, and lassi is exquisite... It feels like it blows away summer fatigue in an instant. I got a discount coupon, so I'd like to buy it again ♬ *However, there is a competitor diagonally across the street... (ﾟдﾟ)!
