「伊藤商店」さんへランチに。
お店の手前に広い駐車場もあります。
食券を買ってカウンターへ。
「特製金の中華 1100円」を注文。
岩切の先だったり大野田だったり最近ちょいちょいみますね。
愛子で食べて感動したのを覚えてます。
ラーメン着丼。
葱多！(笑)
この金のスープがうまい。
醤油といっても白だしのような。
塩味はしっかりしているからぼやけない。
中太縮れ麺もバキバキ系ではなくちゅるちゅる系なのが好き。
バラの叉焼も味がしっかり。
この全体的にやさしめの色合いなのに味がしっかりなのがうまいのかな。
大変おいしく頂きました。
前のいい印象を更に越えてきた感じでした。
