泉ヶ丘で行列が出来る中華そば屋さん。
こちらの開店当初、昼休みでは時間が足りなくて何度か断念しておりました。
ふとそんな事を思い出して、バイパスからハンドルを切った。
店前駐車場に一台空きを発見。
ギチギチだけど停められた。
入店すると今どき券売機(タッチパネル的)
迷いながら「白中華そば」「黄金中華そば」
券を店員さんへ渡す時、お好みの麺を伝えると対応してくれるらしい。もちろん、細麺ね。
店内は広く感じる作り。
清潔感あり。
お水はセルフサービス。
「白中華そば」は、たぶんミックス(鶏豚魚)出汁に白醤油のスープかな。背脂が乗っているけど、嫌味なし。細ちぢれ麺がよろし。
「黄金中華そば」は背脂なしの透明キラキラスープ。
薄味と言うかんじがしないのは、ベースのスープの旨みが効いているからかな。
チャーシューしっとり。
意外と「白中華」が美味しかった。
普段から背脂系は注文しないんだけど。
こちらのは美味しくて、イメージ変わりました。
これくらいなら胃弱の少食でも食べられる。
